စိတ္ၾကည့္မွန္(၁)

ဓမၼအားလုံး၊ စိတ္ကေရွ႕ေဆာင္၊

စိတ္သည္အၾကီး၊ စိတ္ျဖင့္ျပီးသည္၊

ျပစ္မွားစိတ္တြင္း၊ ေျပာျပဳျခင္းေၾကာင့္၊

ထုိျပဳသူ႕ကုိ၊ ဆင္းရဲမ်ားထုိ၊ လုိက္၏ဆုိၾက။

ဗုဒၶျမတ္စြာ ၊ ေဟာလတ္သည္မွာ၊

ဘိကၡေ၀တုိ႕၊ ႏြားေျခရာေနာက္၊

စဥ္ဆက္ေရာက္သည့္၊ လည္းဘီးအစုံ၊

ပမာမယြင္း၊ မွတ္ေလမင္းတည္း။

All mental phenomena have mind as their forerunner;

they have mind as their chief;

they are mind-made.

If one speaks pr acts with an evil mind,

‘dukkha’ follows him just as the wheel follows the hoof-print of the ox that draws the cart.
